Returns & Shipping Policy
Shipping
United Kingdom We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK. Original paintings and fine art prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery.
EU & Worldwide Shipping We ship to Europe and internationally. Shipping for EU and international orders is quoted individually based on your location and the size of your order. Please contact us at dee@deehoggfineart.com before purchasing and we'll provide a shipping quote.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Original paintings and prints must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
