Aubrey's View is part of the Wet Weekend Collection — a series born from a day when the sky came down to meet the earth and everything turned luminous.

Two slender trees rise through a dense canopy of teal and deep forest green, their forms dissolving into the paint like reflections in still water after rain. Below them, a sweep of saturated yellow — fields caught in a brief clearing light — is crossed by a single thread of red-orange, vivid as a poppy or a muddy lane glimpsed through wet glass.
